Job Description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a key role in the new strategy of Go Find It. Our mission is to inspire and empower customers to connect with their guests using the Go Find It mobile solution as their main tool.

The objective of this role is to drive customer success, enhance our products’ adoption and help our solutions become a core part of our clients’ digital strategy.

The CSM will be responsible, in partnership with the account management team, for identifying client’s goals, on-boarding (onsite and webinars), ongoing consulting and best practice sharing. You will work closely with our Business Developers and our Technical Team. This opportunity will give you a valuable insight into how a young fast growing tech company works.
